  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Place the tinned scarlet runner beans PDO into a sieve and rinse with cold water. Pour into a bowl, season with salt, pepper, finely chopped onions, finely grated radish, kohlrabi or freshly grated horseradish.

Serving suggestion

Serve the Deluxe scarlet runner bean salad in small glass bowls, place on saucers and serve with bread.
